1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using PartnerProof — including completing an assessment as a guest, creating an account, making a purchase, or accepting a Partner Invite — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use PartnerProof.
These Terms apply to all users of PartnerProof, including:
- Visitors who access the website without taking any action
- Users who complete a free assessment as a guest
- Users who purchase a Full Report, Premium, or Premium + Partner Invite
- Users who create a PartnerProof account
- Invited partners who access PartnerProof through a Partner Invite link
If you are using PartnerProof on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Who We Are
PartnerProof is operated by Jalon Scott, a North Carolina sole proprietor doing business as PartnerProof.
Contact: Email: info@getpartnerproof.com
Mailing address: PartnerProof P.O. Box 5109 APO AE 09461
3. What PartnerProof Is — and What It Is Not
3.1 What PartnerProof Is
PartnerProof is a self-reflection and relationship clarity tool. It is a behavioral assessment that helps users evaluate observed relationship patterns and understand associated risk signals, for the purpose of personal decision-making.
PartnerProof is:
- A self-administered behavioral assessment tool
- A decision-support product based on observed behavioral patterns
- A way to organize and reflect on what you have personally observed about another person
- A private, personal tool intended for individual use
3.2 What PartnerProof Is Not
PartnerProof is not, and must never be used as:
- A mental health service, therapy service, or psychological counseling tool
- A clinical diagnostic instrument or psychological assessment tool
- Legal advice or legal representation of any kind
- Medical advice or a medical diagnostic tool
- A safety certification or background check of any kind
- A guarantee or prediction of any relationship outcome or future behavior
- A substitute for professional counseling, therapy, legal guidance, or personal judgment
- A tool to harass, defame, stalk, or harm another person
- A definitive or objective evaluation of another person
3.3 Important Limitations of Results
All results generated by PartnerProof are:
- Based exclusively on the answers submitted by the user — not on any independent evaluation of the other person
- Subject to the user's own observation depth, certainty, and honesty in completing the assessment
- Intended as a starting point for personal reflection — not a final conclusion about any person or relationship
- Not a guarantee of any future behavior, positive or negative
- Not suitable for use in legal proceedings, child custody matters, employment decisions, or any other formal or official context
A high PartnerProof score does not prove that a person is safe. A low score does not prove that a person is dangerous. Results reflect behavioral patterns as described by the user and should be used accordingly.
4. Eligibility
4.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use PartnerProof. By using PartnerProof, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
If you are under 18, you may not use PartnerProof, create an account, or make any purchases. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete their data.
4.2 Jurisdiction
PartnerProof is operated from the United States. Use of PartnerProof may not be permitted in all jurisdictions. By using PartnerProof, you represent that your use of the product is lawful under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
5. Account Registration
5.1 When an Account Is Required
A PartnerProof account is required to:
- Access Premium features and saved assessment history
- Generate a Partner Invite
- View the Two-Way Report as the paying user
- Redeem a promo code for Premium access
An invited partner is not required to create a PartnerProof account to complete a Partner Invite assessment, unless they choose to save their result, create an account, or use another feature that requires account access.
An account is not required to complete a free assessment, view a free result, or purchase a Full Report — though we recommend providing an email address for Full Report access recovery.
5.2 Account Information
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your account information updated
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us promptly at info@getpartnerproof.com if you believe your account has been compromised
5.3 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it. PartnerProof is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
5.4 Account Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your account, including password hashing and secure authentication. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
5.5 Account Termination by You
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@getpartnerproof.com. Upon account closure, your personal information will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. The Assessment and Your Results
6.1 How the Assessment Works
The PartnerProof assessment consists of 36 behavioral questions and three confidence inputs. You answer based on your own personal observations of another person. The system applies a proprietary scoring formula to your answers and generates a score, score tier, confidence level, and recommendation.
6.2 Honesty Requirement
You agree to answer assessment questions honestly based on what you have actually observed. Intentionally falsifying answers to manipulate the outcome constitutes misuse of the product.
6.3 Assessment Limitations
You acknowledge that:
- The accuracy and reliability of your result depend entirely on the accuracy and honesty of your observations and answers
- The assessment cannot know anything you have not personally observed or disclosed
- A low confidence result means the system has limited observational input — not that the result is wrong, but that it should be weighted accordingly
- Results may change if the same assessment is completed at a different point in the relationship when more has been observed
6.4 Completed Assessments Are Final
Once you submit a completed assessment, your answers are locked. You cannot edit, revise, or retake a completed assessment within the same Premium attempt slot. Premium includes three separate assessment attempts, each of which can be completed and locked independently.
6.5 No Professional Relationship
Completing a PartnerProof assessment does not create any professional, therapeutic, fiduciary, or advisory relationship between you and PartnerProof.
7. Products, Pricing, and Payment

7.2 All Purchases Are One-Time
PartnerProof does not offer subscription plans, recurring billing, or automatic renewal. All purchases are one-time payments for defined digital features. We will never charge your payment method without your explicit authorization for a specific transaction.
7.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service available at stripe.com/legal. Your payment details are submitted directly to Stripe's secure payment interface. PartnerProof does not receive, process, or store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials.
7.4 Payment Confirmation and Access
Paid content is delivered digitally and immediately upon server-side verification of payment confirmation. Access is granted only after our servers have verified the payment with Stripe. If you encounter a delay in receiving access after payment, do not attempt to pay again. Contact us at info@getpartnerproof.com and we will resolve the issue.
7.5 Taxes
Prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes. Where required by law, applicable sales tax or value-added tax will be added to the purchase price at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction.
7.6 Currency
All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
7.7 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
7.8 Checkout Acknowledgments
Before completing any purchase, you will be asked to confirm the following:
- I confirm that I am at least 18 years old.
- I agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- I understand this is a one-time digital purchase and access may be delivered shortly after payment confirmation.
- I understand that all sales are final once digital access is delivered, except for access failure, technical delivery failure, or rights that cannot be waived by law.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 General Policy
All PartnerProof purchases are one-time payments for digital content that is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Because digital content is delivered instantly and is not returnable, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the result or score
- Completion of the assessment after purchasing (access has been delivered)
- Failure to use the product after purchase
8.2 Access Failure — Exception
If you were charged and payment was confirmed by Stripe, but you did not receive access to the content you purchased, you are entitled to either:
- Full restoration of access to the purchased content, or
- A full refund if restoration of access cannot be completed within a reasonable time
To report an access failure, contact us at info@getpartnerproof.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will investigate promptly and resolve the issue.
We will never ask you to pay again if your payment was confirmed.
8.3 Technical Errors
If a technical error on our end prevented the assessment from completing or prevented access from being delivered, we will restore your access or, if restoration is not possible, issue a refund.
8.4 Dispute Process
To request a refund or report an access issue:
- Email info@getpartnerproof.com with the subject line "Refund Request" or "Access Issue"
- Include your email address used at purchase, the date of purchase, and a description of the issue
- We will respond within 5 business days and work to resolve the issue
We reserve the right to investigate all refund requests and to decline requests that do not meet the criteria above.
8.5 Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access pending resolution of the chargeback. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly.
9. Promo Codes
9.1 What Promo Codes Are
PartnerProof may issue promo codes that unlock Premium access for a defined time window. Unless otherwise specified, promo codes provide 14 days of Premium access from the date of redemption.
9.2 Promo Code Rules
- Promo codes are single-use — each code can be redeemed only once
- An account is required to activate a promo code and access Premium features
- Promo access expires at the end of the defined access window — access is not permanent unless explicitly specified
- Promo codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
- PartnerProof may set expiration dates on promo codes beyond which they cannot be redeemed
- Promo codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated
9.3 Access After Expiration
When a promo code access window expires:
- Your account remains active
- Your completed assessments and free result previews remain accessible
- Premium-gated features require an upgrade to paid Premium access
- Your assessment data will not be deleted due to promo expiration
9.4 Promo Code Misuse
We reserve the right to revoke promo access and terminate the accounts of users who obtain promo codes through unauthorized means.
10. Email Marketing and Communications
10.1 Transactional Communications
By using PartnerProof and providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your use of the product, including purchase confirmations, access delivery, account notifications, partner invite notifications, and support responses. These are not marketing communications and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
10.2 Marketing Communications
We may send you marketing communications about PartnerProof products, features, offers, and related content — but only with your consent. All marketing opt-in checkboxes are unchecked by default. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.
You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing emails at any time by:
- Clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
- Contacting us at info@getpartnerproof.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe"
- Managing your email preferences in your account settings, if available
10.3 Compliance
We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and other applicable laws governing commercial electronic messages. Full details of our email practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Partner Invite Feature
11.1 What the Partner Invite Feature Is
The Partner Invite feature — included with Premium + Partner Invite purchases — allows the paying user to generate a one-time-use invite link and share it with their partner. The invited partner may then complete the same 36-question behavioral assessment about the paying user. When both assessments are complete, the paying user receives access to a Two-Way Report.
11.2 Paying User Obligations
By using the Partner Invite feature, you represent and warrant that:
- You will share the invite link only with the person whose willing participation you are inviting
- You will not use the Partner Invite feature to deceive, manipulate, or pressure another person into completing an assessment
- You understand that the Two-Way Report and both computed result snapshots are visible only to you, not to your partner, unless you personally choose to share them
- You will not use the Partner Invite feature or Two-Way Report for any purpose that harasses, defames, or harms your partner or any third party
11.3 Invited Partner Acknowledgments and Notice
Before beginning the assessment, invited partners are shown a clear notice that:
- They are completing an assessment about the person who sent them the link
- Their computed result — including their score, tier, confidence level, recommendation, and category breakdown — may be used in a Two-Way Report visible to the person who invited them
- Their raw question-by-question answers will not be shared with the person who invited them or with anyone else
- They are not required to create a PartnerProof account to complete this assessment
- Participation is voluntary
- They must be at least 18 years old to participate
- By proceeding, they agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy
11.4 Invite Limits
Each Premium + Partner Invite purchase includes one Partner Invite. If the first invite link expires without the partner completing the assessment, the paying user may generate one replacement invite link. If the invite has been completed and the Two-Way Report has been generated, no second invite is included in the same purchase.
11.5 No Guarantee of Participation
PartnerProof is not responsible if an invited partner declines to complete the assessment or if an invite link expires before the partner completes it. Refunds are not issued for unused or expired partner invites.
